Responsibilities:
工作職責(zé):
1. To develop business, in a market as assigned, utilizing your own business network and the current resources of the Firm;
負責(zé)開拓指定市場的業(yè)務(wù),利用個人商業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及公司現(xiàn)有資源發(fā)展客戶
2. To build a respectable HR network of referral sources, working partners and affiliations;
建立高質(zhì)量的HR人脈網(wǎng)絡(luò),包括推薦渠道、合作伙伴及行業(yè)關(guān)系;
3. To develop HR solutions and provide HR strategy planning and advisory services to mid markets and internationally active companies across a diverse range of industries not limited to Shanghai but remaining part of China;
為跨行業(yè)的中型市場及國際活躍企業(yè)提供HR解決方案、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃及咨詢服務(wù),業(yè)務(wù)范圍以上海為中心,輻射全國。
4. To develop practical solutions and resolve client’s business issues using your strong communication and interpersonal skills;
運用出色的溝通與人際技巧,開發(fā)務(wù)實解決方案,解決客戶業(yè)務(wù)問題
5. To build a team in delivering various HR services, including but not limited to labour dispute resolution and advisory, payroll processing, individual income tax and foreigner’s employment permit etc.
組建團隊,提供多元化HR服務(wù),包括但不限于勞動爭議解決與咨詢、薪酬核算、個人所得稅及外籍人士工作許可等。
6. To develop the fundamental working competency and capability of the team; appropriate delegation, coaching and mentoring of staff;
提升團隊基礎(chǔ)工作能力與專業(yè)水平,合理授權(quán)并對員工進行指導(dǎo)與培養(yǎng)。
7. Any other assignment as assigned from time to time by the management of the Company
完成公司管理層適時分配的其他任務(wù)。
Requirements:
任職條件:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related
人力資源管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
2. Prior working experience in a similar capacity in an advisory firm and corporate/industry experience is preferred
具備咨詢公司或企業(yè)/行業(yè)同類崗位經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
3. Team-oriented and self-motivated professionals
具備團隊精神與自我驅(qū)動力。
4. Deadline and KPI driven and ability to work well under pressure
注重截止期限與關(guān)鍵績效指標,能在壓力下高效工作
5. Able to converse professionally in English and Chinese
能夠熟練使用英文和中文進行專業(yè)溝通。
6. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, clear logical thinking and reasoning abilities, as well as outstanding business negotiation skills.
具有高度的責(zé)任感和工作熱情,具有較強的分析問題及解決問題的能力,具備清晰的邏輯思維和推理能力,以及優(yōu)秀的商務(wù)洽談能力;
7. Proficient in consulting skills with exceptional client service and communication abilities, capable of independently leading management consulting projects and project teams
具有嫻熟的咨詢技能與卓越的客戶服務(wù)溝通技巧,能獨立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理咨詢項目和項目團隊
